psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and other behavioral health
professionals. Participants are responsible for confirming that a training meets the requirements
of their specific licensing board.
How many CE hours will I receive?
The number of CE hours awarded is based on actual instructional time and is clearly stated on
the course or event registration page.
Is partial credit available?
Partial credit is not awarded unless explicitly stated. Participants must meet all attendance,
participation, and evaluation requirements to receive CE credit.
How is attendance verified for live trainings?
Attendance verification methods may include:

How do I register for a training or event?
Registration is completed online through the Peak Development Group website. Each training or
event page includes registration details, pricing, and eligibility information.
Do I need to create an account to register?
Account creation may be required for certain trainings, especially on-demand courses, to allow
access to materials, certificates, and transcripts.
Can I register someone else for a training?
Registrations must be completed under the name of the individual who will attend the training
and receive CE credit. Group registrations may be available for select events.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Registration transfers may be permitted for live trainings or events with prior approval. Transfer
requests must be submitted before the training date and may be subject to eligibility
requirements.
What if I can’t attend a live training after registering?
If you are unable to attend a live training, refund or transfer eligibility depends on the Refund &
Cancellation Policy and any event-specific terms listed on the registration page.
What happens after I register?
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding:

Where can I find my CE certificate?
CE certificates are issued electronically and are available
through your Peak Development Group user portal after
you have met all attendance, participation, and evaluation
requirements.
Participants must log in to their account to access and
download certificates.
When will my CE certificate be available?
Certificates are typically made available in the user portal
after:
● Completion of all required training components
● Submission of required course evaluations
Timing may vary depending on the training format.
Can I download or print my certificate?
Yes. Certificates available in the portal may be downloaded
and printed for your records.
What if I cannot access my certificate in the portal?
If you experience difficulty accessing your certificate, please
contact support through the website contact form. In some
cases, certificates may be provided via email as a backup.
Are certificates handled differently for special events?
For certain conferences, summits, or special events,
certificate delivery instructions may differ and will be
communicated to participants in advance.
Will you send my certificate or transcript to my licensing board?

directly to participants through the portal. Participants are
responsible for submitting CE documentation to their licensing
boards unless otherwise stated.
How do I access past certificates or transcripts?

portal when available. If records are not accessible,

What if my name is incorrect on my certificate?
Participants are responsible for ensuring that registration

What if I lose access to my certificate?
