CE Policies


Peak Development Group is committed to providing high-quality continuing education programs

and maintaining professional standards in all educational activities.

Participants have the right to submit grievances related to course content, instruction,

accessibility, administrative processes, or other aspects of the educational experience.


Submission of Grievances

Grievances must be submitted in writing and should include sufficient detail to allow for

appropriate review. Grievances may be submitted through the website contact form or

designated support email.

Anonymous grievances may be reviewed but may limit the ability to investigate or respond.


Review Process

All grievances are reviewed by appropriate administrative or educational leadership personnel.

Peak Development Group will:

● Acknowledge receipt of the grievance

● Review the concern in a timely and objective manner

● Take reasonable steps to address substantiated concerns


Resolution

When appropriate, Peak Development Group will provide a written response outlining the

outcome or resolution of the grievance.

Grievance records and resolutions are maintained in accordance with accrediting body

requirements.


Non-Retaliation

Participants will not be subject to retaliation for submitting a grievance in good faith.


Limitations

Submission of a grievance does not guarantee a specific outcome, including issuance of CE

credit or refunds, unless otherwise required by law or accrediting standards.


Attendance & Credit Policy

General Requirements

Continuing education credit is awarded only to participants who meet all stated attendance and

participation requirements for a given training.

Participants must:

● Register under their own name

● Attend the full training session as required

● Complete all attendance verification procedures

● Submit required course evaluations

Partial credit is not awarded unless explicitly stated.


Live Webinars & Virtual Trainings

For live webinar and virtual training formats, participants are required to:

● Attend the training in real time

● Be visibly present and attentive for the duration of the session

● Comply with attendance verification procedures, which may include polling questions,

check-ins, or participation prompts

When required by accrediting standards, participants must have their camera enabled to verify

attendance and engagement. Instructions regarding camera requirements will be communicated

prior to the event.


Safety & Attentiveness

Participants must attend live trainings from a safe and appropriate environment. Attendance

while actively driving or engaging in activities that impair attentiveness is not permitted.

Peak Development Group reserves the right to deny CE credit if a participant is unable to safely

and fully engage in the training.


In-Person Trainings

For in-person events, participants must:

● Sign in using designated attendance procedures

● Remain present for the full duration of the training

● Comply with any additional attendance verification methods


On-Demand Courses

For on-demand trainings, CE credit is awarded upon:

● Completion of all required course modules

● Successful completion of any required knowledge checks

● Submission of course evaluations


Failure to Meet Attendance Requirements

CE credit will not be issued if a participant:

● Arrives late or leaves early beyond permitted thresholds

● Fails to complete attendance verification requirements

● Is unable to demonstrate active participation when required

● Provides inaccurate registration or attendance information


Responsibility for CE Applicability

Participants are responsible for verifying that a training meets the requirements of their licensing

board. Peak Development Group does not guarantee acceptance of CE credit by all regulatory

bodies.


Evaluation & Feedback Policy

Purpose of Evaluations

Peak Development Group is committed to maintaining high-quality continuing education

programs. Participant evaluations are an essential component of this process and support

continuous improvement, presenter accountability, and compliance with accrediting body

requirements.


Evaluation Requirement

Participants are required to complete course evaluations for most continuing education activities

in order to receive CE credit.

Evaluations may be required for:

● Live webinars and virtual trainings

● In-person workshops and conferences

● On-demand courses


Timing of Evaluations

Evaluations are typically completed:

● At the conclusion of a live or in-person training, or

● After completion of all required components for on-demand courses

Access to CE certificates may be contingent upon completion of required evaluations.


Content of Evaluations

Evaluations may include feedback on:

● Course content and relevance

● Presenter effectiveness

● Learning objectives and outcomes

● Educational delivery and format

Evaluation responses are used for quality improvement and reporting purposes.


Confidentiality

Evaluation responses are reviewed in aggregate whenever possible and are handled

confidentially. Individual responses are not shared publicly.


Failure to Complete Evaluations

Participants who do not complete required evaluations may not receive CE credit or certificates

of completion.


Use of Feedback

Peak Development Group reviews evaluation data to:

● Improve future trainings

● Address participant concerns

● Maintain compliance with CE approval standards

● Support presenter development
