Masterpiece Institute Workshop Policies
- Masterpiece Institute Inc. offers a 6% discount to the following participants:
- Early registration discount applies to participants who register and complete payment by three (3) weeks prior to the start of the workshop. The early discount will vary based upon the workshop.
- Referral program-Workshop participants who refer participants who attend a workshop will receive a discount on future workshops. The discount will vary based upon the workshop.
- currently enrolled graduate students
- current LPCAGA members
- active service military and veterans
To receive this discount, please submit appropriate identification to [email protected]. Graduate students, active service military, and veterans may submit picture I.D. while LPCAGA members should include their member I.D. numbers in the email.
Please note: Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same workshop.
Masterpiece Institute Inc. offers a refund for cancellations up to five (5) days prior to the workshop. However, please note that processing fees of up to 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds can be requested by emailing [email protected]. Funds may be transferred to an upcoming workshop in lieu of a refund. However, the transfer must be used within twelve (12) months of the request. In addition, the upcoming workshop must have equivalent CEs. No refunds will be issued to no-shows.
In rare circumstances (such as inclement weather, emergency, or presenter illness) Masterpiece Institute Inc. may need to cancel a workshop. In such cases, all participants will be emailed immediately. Funds may be transferred to upcoming workshops but must be used within a twelve (12) month period.
Events, Information, and Speaker Changes
The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.
Masterpiece Institute Inc. accepts all credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment. For organizations who wish to pay by check, or individuals who wish to pay by bank transfer please email [email protected] for details.
Any workshop or training is subject to be recorded. If you attend the workshop or training, you consent to potentially be recorded. If for some reason you do not want to be recorded, please contact us at [email protected].
Participants agree to adhere to verifying attendance. For in-person events, this will include signing in and out via attendance sheet as well as providing your license number. For live webinar events, participants must sign in and out electronically. Participants must also use the video option for interactive activities. Attendance and participation will also be gaged by random knowledge checks and direct questioning the presentation. Participants will be required to use a webcam to verify attendance. Participants are required to be on-time for workshops, participate, and stay for the duration of the workshops. Non-adherence to this may result in the loss of CEs. Certificates will be provided at the completion of the workshop either electronically or hard copy. Certificates can be replaced up to twelve (12) months after the completion of the workshop with no charge. After this date a replacement fee of $25 will apply. Records are maintained for a period of five (5) years.
Masterpiece Institute Inc. strives to provide quality continuing education workshops. If, for any reason, you have a grievance to report, please send an email to Dr. Arcella Trimble, founder of Masterpiece Institute Inc., at [email protected] outlining the specific details. Every effort will be made to rectify the situation. However, if a resolution is not achieved at this level, the Board of Directors of Masterpiece Institute will be consulted.
Conflict of Interest Policy
If there is a conflict of interest for any presenter at Masterpiece Institute Inc., this will be disclosed at the start of the presentation and it will also be published on participants’ handouts.
