Bariatric Evaluations
We provide bariatric evaluations for individuals wanting approval to receive bariatric surgery. Our evaluations include the administration of standardized measures and a clinical interview. After completion of the evaluation, a letter will be sent to the bariatric surgeon. We also provide other support services for bariatric clients.
